We have just completed the landscaping in the back of our house. This was a joint project with our neighbors behind us.
The houses in The Villages are pretty close together, and we each have only a 10-foot setback to work with. I suppose The Villages company is maximizing salable real estate. In addition, none of the four of us had any experience with plants down here in Florida's hardiness zone 9a. So we hired a landscaper to see what he could do with such a small space. We ended up with a small park including a grassy area, flagstone patio, walkway, and a water feature.Click here to view a short video of our project
