We are back home after a great 10 days in Florida. We spent the first weekend with Bonnie and Scott and celebrated Shelby's first birthday (which was the 21st.) It is amazing how fast babies develop at that age. She is very close to walking and actually took a couple of steps while we were there. Here is a video of her scooting around with her "lion".

Gemma, Shelby and I went out for dinner Saturday evening at Crispers while Bonnie and Scott went out on a "date." Shelby is feeding herself very well and eats most everything, although the corn and raw tomatoes were selectively picked out and dropped on the ground. Grampa's pastrami was also not popular the night before!
On Monday, the kids went back to work, Shelby went back to school, and we headed down to our place in the Villages. We had a fun time visiting with the Underhills, going to open houses, and doing some needed shopping, yard work, and housekeeping. I even got in a round of golf at the new Turtle Mound executive course. We couldn't have asked for better weather as the highs were in the upper 70's and lows in the upper 50's.
